This strategic acquisition strengthens Sprightbulb’s ability to deliver training and professional services with proven methodologies and industry-standard certifications.
Through this acquisition, the Sprightbulb team will add coaching and training capabilities to its core service offering, including public and private training for the popular Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) certification courses. NextUp averages ten public classes per month taught by certified Agile instructors, both virtually and in-person. The team also has an expansive private training program, with clients including the Department of Defense, Astra Zeneca, Wunderman Thompson, University of Cincinnati, Lidl, Total Wine & More, World Bank Group, and Navy Federal Credit Union.
The combined entity will operate under the Sprightbulb brand starting in September 2024, ensuring a seamless integration of services and continued delivery of high-quality training programs.
